In acient Iraqis city Ur (320 kilometers south of Baghdad) locate a  ziggurat

about 4000 years old.  Ziggurat have holes made by bullet and shrapnels. City were bombed in the first Gulf War (1990-1991). Now  the looting situation has dramatically improve at many important historical sites of this part of Iraq. But military activities and erosion still now there.
